How is it taught?

In a Functional Integration® lesson, you have an opportunity to look into a function that you would like to improve, such as turning, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, etc.  The teacher guides you using a gentle touch to explore, clarify, and integrate the different elements of a function and to help you perform it with greater efficiency.
